Job summary

Childwise ABA in Rocky River, Ohio is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, supporting daily living skills and promoting independence. Under BCBA plans, you will collect behavioral data, document progress, and respond to challenging behaviors.

The role offers paid training, advance pay options, referral bonuses, and team events with a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Hourly pay: $18–$22 (based on experience and certification)

• Part-time: 15-30 hours per week

• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
