Childwise ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism, collect data, and support BCBA plans. This role focuses on compassionate care and evidence-based interventions in a supportive work environment.

We offer paid training, a pay-in-advance benefit, and flexible part-time hours between 8am and 8pm, with 15–30 hours per week. Join a team dedicated to growth and independence for the children we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Strong behavior management skills and patience with children.
• Previous experience working with kids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
