Job summary

Childwise ABA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism. You will implement behavior plans created by BCBAs, collect data on patient behavior, and support daily living activities while fostering growth and independence in a supportive environment.

The role offers an evening schedule (Mon-Fri 4:30-8:30 PM) with 20 hours per week, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, vision, and dental

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Strong behavioral data collection and interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.

• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism

• Collect and record data on patient behavior

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Pay range: Hourly $18-$22 per hour

• M-F 4:30-8:30 PM

• 20 hours a week
