Job summary

Childwise ABA delivers one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism, with a team of Registered Behavior Technicians implementing evidence-based interventions in a caring environment.

We offer part-time roles with 10–20 hours per week and a flexible schedule between 8 am and 6 pm. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, paid training, PTO, holidays, pay in advance, referral bonus, and company outings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and licensure if applicable.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage behaviors effectively in therapy settings.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism

• Collect and record data on patient behavior

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)::

• Pay range Hourly $18-$23 per hour

• Part time

• 10-20 hours per week

• Chose your schedule between 8 am and 6 pm
