Job summary

Childwise ABA in Westlake, OH is looking for a part-time Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism. You will collect and record behavioral data, and implement plans designed by BCBA while supporting daily living activities.

The role offers an hourly pay of $18–$22, with a 12-15 hour weekly schedule (2–5 pm). Benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, paid training, PTO, holidays, pay in advance, referral bonus, and company outings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to implement behavior plans and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism (children).
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts).
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.
