Job summary

Childwise ABA in Hillsboro, OH is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will collect data, implement BCBA-designed plans, and support daily living activities in a supportive team environment.

This part-time role offers Monday–Friday hours from 8:00–12:00 or 2:00–6:00, about 20 hours per week, with benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, paid training and PTO.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Ability to manage behaviors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on patient behavior
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)::

• Pay range: Hourly $18-$22 per hour
• Part-Time Monday- Friday 8-12 or 2pm
