Childwise ABA is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive, patient-centered setting. The role involves collecting data, implementing behavior plans created by BCBAs, and assisting patients with daily living activities while promoting growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Requires Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on patient behavior
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)::

• Pay range: Hourly $18-$22 per hour
• M-F 4:30-8:30 Pm Saturday and Sunday 12-4 Pm
