Childwise ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with paid training to support children with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBA supervisors.

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Pay range: $22 - $28 per hour
• Part time: Flexible hours between 8am and 8pm
• 15-30 hours per week
