Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Tempe, AZ is hiring qualified ABA therapists to provide in-home 1:1 therapy for children with Autism, ages 1–21. You will implement ABA interventions in natural settings and coordinate with families to support progress.

We offer $18–$28 per hour, part-time or full-time schedules, weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, and PTO. Join a supportive team with structured supervision and strong communication, delivering high-quality care and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Work Location: In person
