Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Arizona is seeking qualified therapists for afternoon shifts to provide Applied Behavior Analysis in clients' homes. You will deliver 1:1 ABA services to children ages 1–21, collaborate with families and supervisors, and maintain high standards of care in natural environments.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
