Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Gilbert, AZ seeks compassionate ABA therapists to provide in-home, 1:1 services for children with Autism (ages 1–21). Positions include part-time and full-time with on-site work. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $28, with weekly pay and benefits.

You’ll conduct ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent programs. RBT certification and reliable transportation are required; strong communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
