Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Coolidge, AZ is seeking a dedicated ABA therapist for afternoon shifts. This in-person, 1:1 role focuses on delivering ABA interventions to children with Autism in home settings, with emphasis on accurate data collection and collaboration with families and supervision teams.

Qualified candidates hold RBT certification, a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation, and prior experience with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions in clients' natural environments.
• Collects and analyzes data; prepares results for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency and quality of therapy.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
