Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Arizona is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism. The schedule includes both part-time and full-time openings, with competitive hourly pay.

You will perform ABA interventions in clients' natural environments, collect data, and coordinate with the team to ensure consistent program delivery. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required, with weekly pay and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Work Location: In person
