Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism in home or community settings. The role offers an hourly pay range of $20-$28 and afternoon shifts with flexible scheduling.

You will collect and analyze data, coordinate with program staff, and deliver interventions under supervision to support progress and behavior change. Qualifications include RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
