Childwise ABA provides top-tier ABA therapy for children with autism. Our dedicated RBTs deliver evidence-based interventions in a supportive environment that fosters growth and independence.

Join our team to provide one-on-one therapy, collect data, implement BCBA-designed plans, and assist with daily living activities. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours weekly and compensation of $18–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred or required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is valued.
• Ability to record and monitor behavioral data.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on patient behavior
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBA supervisors
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism


• Collect and record data on patient behavior


• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)


• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
