Job summary

Childwise ABA in Elyria, OH provides ABA therapy for children with autism. Our RBTs deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions under BCBAs, collecting data and supporting daily living skills.

We offer a supportive environment with health, dental, and vision insurance, paid training, PTO and holidays, advance pay options, and team events. Hourly pay $18–$23; full-time 40 hours/week; schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
