Job summary

Supportive Care ABA in Indianapolis, IN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in home and community settings. Earn $22-$28 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and join a team focused on compassionate, data-driven care.

As an RBT, you’ll implement behavior intervention plans, collect progress data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills while collaborating with BCBA supervisors, families, and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
