Job summary

Supportive Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Saint Joseph, MO. Earn $22-$28/hr with a $200 sign-on bonus and join a team dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental needs in home and community settings.

You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and support communication and daily living skills while collaborating with families and clinical staff. A strong patient, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
• Passion for working with children.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
