Supportive Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Mount Vernon, Indiana. The role provides direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, focusing on life and communication skills.

Earn $22-$28 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus and contribute to meaningful, measurable progress with families and clinical teams. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, an RBT certification preferred, and a passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred.
• Passion for working with children.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required).
• Proficiency in data collection to track client progress.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
