Job summary

Supportive Care ABA in Salina, KS is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills. The role offers competitive hourly pay, a $200 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven team.

You’ll work with BCBA-created intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we provide support to obtain it.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with special needs.
• Experience with data collection to track client progress is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment.
