Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC in Youngsville, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children, helping them build essential life and communication skills. The role requires passion for working with children, a high school diploma, and RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it).

You will implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
