Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support to children in home and community settings. The role focuses on building life and communication skills with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified)
• Passion for working with children
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data
