Supportive Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Avon, IN for rewarding, 1:1 work with children in home and community settings. Earn $22-$28 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
