Supportive Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Columbus, IN. The role focuses on direct 1:1 support for children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.

As an RBT, you will implement plans, collect progress data, and work with families and clinical teams to create a positive learning environment. This position emphasizes growth, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in data collection to track client progress.
• Patient, compassionate and dependable personality.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Assist with behavior management strategies
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
