Supportive Care ABA LLC in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings. You will help build essential life and communication skills and work under supervision to implement plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
