Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join the team in the Aylett, VA area. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings to help children achieve milestones and build essential skills.

Part-time positions with morning and afternoon shifts offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, paid training, certification support, and opportunities for career development within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

As an RBT, you'll work directly with children in home, school, and clinic settings, providing personalized ABA therapy designed to help each child reach their individual goals. You'll play an important role in creating positive learning experiences and helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Previous experience working with children or in ABA therapy required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable approach to working with children
