Job summary

EzCare ABA in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon and evening shifts. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings, under BCBA supervision, to support children’s goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, certification assistance, and a collaborative team that values growth and making a difference in families’ lives.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA services is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic environments.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide individualized ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic settings. You'll work closely with families and clinical supervisors to support each child's unique goals while creating positive learning experiences that encourage growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic environments
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and accurately document client progress data
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
• Help children develop skills that promote independence, communication, and confidence

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $26 - $34 per hour
• Part-Time Positions Available
• Afternoon & Early Evening Schedule
• Location: Virginia Beach, VA Area
