Job summary

EzCare ABA in Richmond, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for afternoon and evening shifts. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA and help children build functional skills.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, paid training, certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement as you collect data and collaborate with families to support each child's progress.

EzCare ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Richmond, Virginia! As an RBT at EzCare ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism, providing 1:1 ABA therapy and implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
