Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Beaverdam, VA team. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging learning environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with children in home, school, and clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy that creates real, measurable progress. You'll build strong relationships with families, help children achieve important milestones, and play a key role in improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic environments
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and accurately document client progress data
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Help clients develop skills that promote independence and success

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $26 - $34 per hour
• Part-Time Positions Available
• Afternoon & Early Evening Shifts
• Location: Beaverdam, VA Area
