Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under a BCBA supervisor, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We offer a flexible schedule, PTO, paid training and supervision, and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience with children, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass Virginia

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation necessary.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Support communication, social and daily living skills
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
