Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic in the Midlothian area. You will work under a BCBA, collect data, and support families to help children progress.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, competitive pay in the $26–$34/hour range, and opportunities for training and certification assistance. Travel to local clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Your responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collecting and documenting data on client progress, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
