Job summary

EzCare ABA in Virginia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or clinic settings in the Woodbridge area. This part-time role features afternoon and early evening shifts, offering a meaningful opportunity to help children build skills and confidence every day.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement plans developed by a BCBA, track progress, and collaborate with families and team members to support each child’s success.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions




• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour

What We're Looking For

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
