Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children grow, learn, and succeed in home, school, or clinic settings.

We offer flexible part-time hours in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Hampton, with pay ranging from $25 to $32 per hour, plus benefits like paid training, certification support, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $32/hour
• Job Type: Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk & Hampton

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Available Schedules:

Virginia Beach: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 5:30 PM-7:30 PM & Saturday | 4-hour session between 11:00 AM-5:00 PM

Suffolk: Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-6:30 PM with Every Other Saturday | 3-hour session

Norfolk: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM-6:00 PM

Hampton: Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-6:30 PM OR 5:0 PM-7:00 PM
