EzCare ABA in Norfolk, VA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a flexible part-time schedule. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills while celebrating progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
• Help children build skills for greater independence and confidence.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and clinic settings. You'll help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while celebrating milestones and progress along the way.

Qualifications:
