Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test required (if not done in last year)
• Pre-employment background check required
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors
• Be patient, compassionate, and collaborative in a team environment
