Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience required. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
