Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, following individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills, while reducing challenging behaviors, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to obtain CPR/First Aid and Tuberculosis test.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician after onboarding.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Maintain safety and support during activities, including lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds when needed.
