Job summary

Centria-Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.

You should be patient, compassionate, and comfortable in a team, with training provided. The role involves physical demands and includes potential 50-pound lifting, with certification goals within 45 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move in varied positions.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support developmental goals.
• Engage in training and onboarding to achieve RBT certification within 45 days.
