Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, following individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. Training will be provided to equip you to help each child reach their full potential while collaborating with a supportive team to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

The role involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving with children up to 50 pounds; a patient, compassionate attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support a team environment and participate in training and development.
