Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

This role requires an active RBT credential, commitment to ongoing certification, and ethical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
