Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to support meaningful progress.

Active RBT certification is required at time of application. We offer flexible scheduling, full- or part-time hours, a hire-on bonus for eligible candidates, and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
