Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Tolleson, AZ is seeking credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or eligibility.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data.
• Maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold BACB ethics and organizational policies.
• Create a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
