Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification needed.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and maintain credential.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data.
• Collaborate with families and care teams.
• Maintain a safe and ethical therapy environment.
