Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Phoenix, AZ is seeking active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

The role requires maintaining an active RBT credential, conforming to BACB ethics, and completing required TB and background checks;

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
