Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development in communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains across clinic, home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB is required.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months is required.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
