Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Arizona is seeking actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and support development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills.

This role requires an active RBT credential and adherence to BACB ethics. You will work 1:1 in clinic, home, school, or community settings, maintain session data, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required for Arizona applicants.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Uphold BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
