Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Woodbridge, VA to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics. You will work with families and BCBAs, collect data, and maintain a safe, supportive environment during sessions.

This role offers part-time scheduling with afternoon and early evening shifts, competitive pay, and training that supports certification and ongoing professional growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Woodbridge, VA, and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or clinics. You'll work closely with families and team members to ensure client success, collect and document data, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Whether you're already an experienced RBT or looking to continue growing your ABA career, this is an opportunity to work one-on-one with children, build meaningful relationships with families, and see the impact of your work every day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
