Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting under BCBA supervision. You will help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals.

The role offers part-time or full-time schedules with in-person work in Heathsville, VA 22473 and competitive pay. PTO, paid training, and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social, daily living, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
