Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in the home, community, or school setting. The role is in-person and based in Dale City, VA with a Monday–Friday schedule and both part-time and full-time options.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
