Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT) for flexible, part-time/per diem work. Join our BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Build strong family communication and a safe, engaging session environment. We offer hands-on training, supervision, free RBT coursework, and opportunities for career growth in a small collaborative team near New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
• Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBA
• Collecting data and documenting client progress
• Creating a safe and engaging session environment
• Communicating effectively with families and supervisors
